Sift together:
1 cup flour
½ teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon salt

Beat well:
½ cup margarine
⅔ cup sugar
1 egg

3 cups Special-K, lightly crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Stir in flour mix to beaten mixture and mix in 1 cup Special-K. Roll teaspoon-full of dough in remaining Special-K and place on baking sheet.

Bake at 375º for 10 minutes
