Honey Drizzled Chicken Recipe

4-Chicken Breasts (2 pounds)
3 cups Panko Breadcrumbs
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese(spaghetti type)
1/2 mayo or sour cream
2 tbs dry BBQ seasoning
1/4 cup honey
salt/pepper to taste
small pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)

Pound chicken to 1/2 thick. cut large breasts in half
Preheat oven to 375

1) In medium bowl, combine panko, BBQ seasoning, parmesan cheese and salt/pepper .
2) Coat each chicken breast in mayo/ sour cream then cover with panko mixture.
3) Place chicken on a foil lined cookie sheet that has been coated with Pam. Bake for 35 mins.
4) Combine honey with optional red pepper flakes and drizzle over hot chicken breasts

Note: Check chicken at 20 mins, if chicken is browning too quickly, cover chicken with foil for the remaining 15 mins.
