1 1/2 cups flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
3/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
3/4 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup peanut butter
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
3 Tbsp milk
34 miniature chocolate covered peanut butter cups, unwrapped
Directions:
Directions:
Unwrap peanut butter cups and set aside.
Cream together wet ingredients with mixer.
Add dry ingredients and mix well.
Shape into balls and place each into a sprayed mini muffin pan.
Bake in 375° oven for 8-10 minutes.
Remove from oven and immediately press a mini peanut butter cup into each ball.
Cool completely and carefully remove from pan.
