- 1lb sirloin steak - slice 1 inch thick & 2 inches long
- 1 large clove garlic - crush
- 2 large green peppers cut into 2 inch triangles (can include red peppers to give more colour)
- 1 large onion cut into 1-2 inch pieces
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 5 tablespoons oil

- 1/2 teaspoon wine
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon oil
- Dash of meat tenderizer

Last group of ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon soya sauce
1/4 - 1/2 cup water

Mix together marinade ingredients and marinade beef until ready to use.

Heat 2 tablespoons oil, over high heat, in wok, or fry pan. Add salt, onion, and stir. Add peppers and turn heat down. Cook about 1-2 minutes, until softness desired. Transfer to plate.

Add 3 tablespoons oil to wok or pan and return to heat. Add crushed garlic. Cook and stir until starts to turn brown. Add marinated beef, and fry until colour almost changes. Add last group of ingredients (with oyster sauce) and stir just until sauce thickens and clears.

Mix beef with vegetables, and serve with rice.
