For the sauce:
1 onion, diced
1 carrot, diced
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tspn smoked paprika
½ tspn chipotle chilli flakes
1 carton passata
300 ml chicken stock
2 tbspn worcester sauce

For the meatballs:
500 g turkey breast mince
1 small, finely chopped onion
½ tspn chipotle chilli flakes
1 tspn dried oregano
1 clove garlic, crushed
black pepper
Directions:
Directions:
1. Put all the sauce ingredients in a pan and simmer together for about 20 minutes then blitz until the sauce is smooth.

2. Whilst sauce is cooking, make the meatballs by mixing all the ingredients together and forming into 20 small meatballs. Fry the meatballs until brown all over.

3. Once meatballs are browned, cover with the smooth sauce and simmer for 5-10 minutes.

4. Serve with spaghetti (or your favourite pasta)
