750 g potatoes, cut into wedges
1 large head broccoli broken into smallish florets
200 ml tub creme fréche
2 tbspn whole grain mustard
4 thick salmon fillets cut into chunks
handful grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Boil potato wedges and broccoli until just soft.

2. Heat the grill.

3. Mix creme fréche with the mustard and some seasoning.

4. Put the vegetables into a heat-proof shallow dish and top with the salmon chunks. Cover with the sauce and grated parmesan and grill until hot and bubbling and the salmon is just cooked.
