1 tsp Oil
1 1/4 cups flour
2/3 cups whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Dash salt
2 large egg whites
1/2 cup mashed banana
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1 large beaten egg

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat greased waffle iron. In bowl mix both kinds of flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Combine egg whites, egg, milk, banana, oil and nuts if desired, add to flour mixture.
Mix and cook.
