2 pkg crescent rolls
2 8 oz cream cheese
1-1/4 c sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg (separated)
Cinnamon to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Place one pkg of rolls in bottom of 9 x 13" pan. Mix cream cheese, 1 c sugar, egg yolk and 1 tsp vanilla. Spread over the rolls. Place second pkg of rolls on top of cheese mixture. Beat egg white until foamy. Brush over rolls. Sprinkle top with remaining 1/4 c sugar and cinnamon to taste. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
