2 lbs ground beef, browned
1 large onion, diced
1 can condensed mushroom soup
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp ketchup
salt and pepper to taste
mashed pototatoes
1 c frozen green beans
1 c frozen green peas
1 c frozen corn
2 c shredded medium cheddar cheese
Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 375º.

2. Brown ground beef and onion in skillet and then drain off the grease and return mixture to the skillet.

3. Add mushroom soup, worcestershire sauce, ketchup, salt and pepper to the beef mixture and heat while stirring so the new ingredients combine nicely.

4. Transfer the mixture to a 8"x13" baking pan. Sprinkle ⅓ of the shredded cheese on top of the beef.

5. Add the beans, peas and corn on top of the cheese layer.

6. Spread the mashed potatoes all over the vegetable layer, using a stiff spatula to ensure an even spread.

7. Add the remaining ⅔ of the shredded cheese to the top of the potato layer.

8. Place the mixture on the middle rack of your oven and bake for 45 minutes.
