8 eggs
6 slices of bread
1lb ground sausage
2 Cups milk
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 tsp salt
1 tsp yellow mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Cook 1lb breakfast sausage on skillet and crumble while cooking.
Cube bread slices, including crust
In a large bowl add eggs and beat slightly to break all yolks then stop
Add all ingredients to the eggs and mix by hand
Add mixture to a greased 13x9 pan and refrigerate overnight
Bake uncovered for 35 minutes @ 350

This is an excellent breakfast dish when company is over and you do not want to waste time cooking all morning. My family loves this simple bake on Christmas morning.
