˝ lb butter
˝ cup sugar
1 cup pecans (ground)
2 ˝ tsp vanilla extract
2 ˝ cups flour

Directions:

• Cream butter
• Add sugar slowly and cream well
• Alternate the addition of flour with the pecans and vanilla
• Pinch off pieces and roll into balls
• Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes
• After the cookies have cooled slightly, shake in a bag of confectioner’s sugar
