8-10 browned pork chops

1/4 cup brown sugar
1 can crushed pineapple
1 tsp dry mustard
1/4 cup soya sauce
1 tbsp flour
1/2 tsp ginger
2 tbsp vinegar
1 cup water

Mix together and pour over pork chops. Serve with rice salad
