3 lbs sausage
2 lbs bacon
3 lbs of pot cheese (ricotta)
2 lbs mozzarella
4 dozen eggs
garlic salt, salt, and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In large frying pan

Cut sausage into small pieces while frozen and cook.
About 30 minutes before the sausage is done cooking add bacon, and cook.
Then add in pot cheese, and grated mozzarella.
Then add eggs.
