1 C strawberries, quartered
2 C brandy (you can back off on this if you want, I only use a little over a cup since I'm not a huge brandy fan)
1 C sugar
1 bottle of chilled champagne
1 bottle of light white wine
1 liter club soda (if you use less brandy, cut this by the same amount)
Directions:

Mix brandy, strawberries and sugar in a bowl. Let set, refrigerated, overnight. Pour this and everything else into a punch bowl or refreshment server and serve!
