- Ground Beef, 1-2 lbs
- 1 Red Onion, chopped
- 5 Garlic Cloves, minced/chopped
- Sprice Mix (or use taco seasoning)
- 8 teaspoons chili powder
- 2 tablespoon crushed red pepper
- 2 tablespoon dried minced onion
- 2 tablespoon dried, minced garlic
- 4 teaspoons white sugar
- 4 teaspoons ground cumin
- 4 teaspoons dried parsley
- 4 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoon dried basil
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 Bell Peppers, chopped
- 1 Tomato, diced
- 1 Can of Diced Tomatoes, 540 ml
- 1 Can of Red Kidney Beans, drained
- 1 Can of Chick Peas, drained
- Table Salt, pinch for taste
- 1 Can of Crushed Tomatoes, large sized can
- 1 Pack of Mushrooms
- 2 Jalapeno Peppers, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Add ground meat and 2 tablespoons of spice mix. Cook evenly, remove meat and keep the oil inside.

Sautée onion in the oil over medium heat until aromatic/golden brown, then sautee the garlic.

Add bell peppers and diced tomatoes (both canned and fresh), stir for 3 minutes, add 1 tablespoon of spice mix

Add red kidney beans and chick peas (drained), add crushed tomatoes

Add jalapeño peppers and ground beef, turn to low heat (3, otherwise bottom will burn), cover and simmer for 35 minutes
