1 Medium Onion
3 to 4 Cloves of Garlic
1 lb. Mild Italian Sausage
1 Tbsp. Italian Seasoning and Salt and Pepper to Taste
1 14.5 oz. Can of Diced Tomatoes
1 15 oz. Can of Cannelli Beans(White Kidney Beans)
1 Quart of Chicken Stock
½ lb. of Any Small Pasta (Ditalini, Acinni de Pepe or Just Elbow Macaroni)

Directions:
Directions:
Saute the medium onion and 3 to 4 cloves of garlic in a little olive oil. Brown 1 lb. of mild Italian Sausage and add to onion and garlic. Sprinkle in 1 heavy tablespoon of Italian seasoning and salt and pepper to taste. Add one 14.5 oz. can of diced tomatoes and add one 15 oz. can (drained) of Cannelli Beans (White Kidney Beans). Add one quart of chicken stock. Simmer for about 15 minutes. Add ½ lb. of any small pasta (ditalini, acinni de pepe or just some elbow macaroni). Cook until pasta is tender nd ENJOY!!

The pasta with soak up all the juice as it sits, so if you want leftovers just add more stock. ENJOY!!
