Ingredients:  
Bread Shells: Cut crusts off bread, and roll out. Cut to fit in small tart pan. Bake 375 degrees for 10 minutes.

4Tbsp butter
3 Tbsp chopped onion
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/8 tsp cayenne
1/2 pound mushrooms chopped
1 Tbsp parsley
1 1/2 tbsp chives
1 can mushroom soup

Directions:

Melt butter and add onions. Cook 4 minutes. Add mushrooms and cook, then add remaining ingredients and fill tart shells.

Grace asked for these mushroom tarts every birthday!

I remember the time we went on a boat in BC and Gram went water skiing and absolutely rocked it. I remember her quirkiness and how spontaneous she was and that will always inspire me and stay with me forever.
