8 4-Ounce Cube Steaks

1 Cup Self-Rising Flour

1 Stick of Butter

1/2 Pound of Mushrooms

Salt and Pepper to Taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, salt and pepper together in a medium sized bowl. Roll steaks in flour mixture. Fry in a heavy iron skillet until golden brown. In a separate pan, melt butter, add mushrooms, slat and pepper. Saute' until mushrooms are cooked. Top steak with brown beef gray and add mushrooms.
