1 lb. ground beef
1/2 t. Cinnamon
1/2 t. Garlic salt
1 8oz. can tomato sauce
1 16oz. can cut green beans
1 egg beaten
1 1/2c cottage cheese
1/4c grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef, drain off fat. Stir in cinnamon and garlic salt. Pour tomato sauce over all. Drain green beans. Cover bottom of greased deep dish casserole with beans. Spoon meat mixture evenly over beans. Mix egg and cheeses. Spread cheese mixture over meat. Bake 45 minutes at 350.
