1 5-6 lb. chicken (boil and reserve broth)
1 4-5 lb. boston butt
1 large bottle ketchup
1 medium onion, chopped
3 cans corn or frozen corn
salt and pepper, to taste
worcestershire sauce (optional)
hot sauce (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook meats until bones fall out. I boil the chicken and smoke the boston butt to give it a smoked flavor. Cool meat and shred or chop fine. Place meat, onion and enough broth from chicken to cover meat in a large pot (at least 10 quart). Heat to boiling, stirring often. Add ketchup and corn. Add worcesterchire sauce or hot sauce to taste, if desired Cook on low for 2 to 3 hours, stirring often and adding more broth if needed.

May add chopped potatoes to pot if desired, May also add can of english peas near end of cook time.
