1 40 ounce can sweet potatoes (well drained)
2 eggs
1 C brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla paste
1 tsp salt
tsp cinnamon
cup butter (melted)
cup all purpose flour
cup milk
1 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375
Grease 13x9 inch casserole dish
Mash sweet potatoes
Add the following and mix well:
eggs, milk, cup brown sugar, vanilla, salt, and cinnamon
Spread evenly in a baking dish
Combine butter, flour, and remaining brown sugar, stir in pecans
Sprinkle evenly over the sweet potato mixture
Bake for 30-35 minutes until topping is browned
Let stand for 10 minutes before serving
