2 tsp parsley
1 tsp rosemary
1 tsp thyme
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper

1 lb grassfed ground beef
1 chopped onion

1 T Worcestershire sauce
2 cloves garlic
2 T flour
2 T tomato paste
1 cup beef broth

1 cup peas and carrots
½ cup frozen corn

2 large potatoes. chopped and boiled for mashed potatoes.
1 stick butter
⅓ c half and half
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
¼ cup parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Add first set of spices and chopped onion to beef and brown in skillet.

Add next 7 ingredients and bring to a boil. Simmer 5-6 minutes. Stir occasionally.

Make mashed potatoes with remaining ingredients.

Place meat and vegetable mixture into oven safe dish or deep dish pie plate. Top with mashed potatoes.

Bake in preheated 400º oven for 25-30 minutes
