1-2 pounds fresh green beans, ends snipped and strung
1 slice of bacon cut into very small pieces
Chicken stock
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare green beans. In a 4-6 quart pot fry bacon pieces until crispy and fat is rendered. Add beans and saute for 2-3 minutes. Add enough chicken broth to cover half of the beans. Simmer until tender about 15-20 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
