- c. plain Greek yogurt
- tsp garlic powder
- tsp salt
- tsp black pepper
- 2 c. cooked chicken, shredded and cooled
- c. chopped celery
- c. pecans (may substitute walnuts or sliced almonds)
- c. quartered grapes (may substitute or add chopped apple)
- c. finely chopped red onion
- Bread, croissants or lettuce

- In a large bowl, stir together the plain Greek yogurt, garlic powder, salt, and pepper
- Add the cooked chicken, celery, nuts, grapes, and red onion. Stir well to combine.
- Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
- May store in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days
