2 Cups all - purpose flour
1 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp baking powder
¼ salt
1¾ Cups buttermilk
2 large eggs
½ tsp vanilla extract
½ unsalted butter (melted)


For serving; (all optional)
some fresh fruit
maple syrup
chocolate chips
whip cream

Directions:

1. Preheat waffle iron.

2. in a large mixing bowl whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

3. Pour in the buttermilk, eggs, vanilla, and melted butter. Stir just until combined.

4. Cook in the waffle iron using ½ cup of batter for a Belgium style and ⅓ cup for a traditional American waffle. serve while hot and add toppings as desired, enjoy!!
