Cream Corn Casserole Recipe

1 can whole kernel corn (drained)
1 can creamed corn
2 tsp pimento
1 (7 oz) box corn muffin mix
3 eggs
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/3 cup oil
1/4 cup green peppers
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix everything together except for the cheddar cheese. Pour into a baking dish and bake for 40 to 45 minutes. Remove casserole from oven and sprinkle cheese on top. Put back in the oven for 5 minutes.
