Beans: Blackeyes, yellow split peas, black beans, navy, green baby limas, baby limas, lentils, pinto, kidney.
pound ham
1 large onion, chopped
clove garlic
salt & pepper
6-oz can tomatoes, undrained
5-oz can green chilies (if you like it hot)

Directions:
Directions:
Soak beans overnight. Wash beans and cover with water. Add ham, garlic, onion, salt and pepper. Cook several hours until done. Add tomatoes and green chilies (if you like it hot). Simmer at least 30 minutes more.
