1 cup self-rising flour
2 tbsp self-rising flour
1 cup plain, fat-free Greek yogurt
2 tbsp butter, melted
1/2 tsp garlic salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix together the self-rising flour (1 cup plus 2 tablespoons) and greek yogurt on low speed, using the dough hook attachment, until combined. Knead on medium speed for about 3 minutes until ball forms.

2. Turn out onto a floured surface. Sprinkle with flour, knead a couple of times and form into a ball.

3. Move the dough to a floured surface. Sprinkle with a little flour, knead the dough a couple of times and then form it into a loaf shape.

4. Cut the dough into six pieces. Roll each piece into a long, breadstick shape and place on a parchment covered baking sheet.

5. Bake at 425˚F for 10-14 mins until golden brown.

6. Mix together melted butter and garlic salt. Brush on the breadsticks.
