1 can Campbells condensed chicken broth
1 jar apricot preserves
1 large onion, chopped
2 tbsp Dijon style mustard
3-1/2 - 4 lb boneless pork loan roast

Directions:
Directions:
Mix broth, preserves, onion and mustard in a slow cooker. Add the pork, turn the roast to coat it. Cover and cook about 8-9 hours. Stark on high and then reduce the heat to low.
