2½ cups powdered sugar
⅔ cup milk
¼ cup butter
12 oz white chocolate (Nestle's Premium White), coarsely chopped
½ tsp almond extract
¼ cup candied cherries (mix of red and green
¼ cup almond slices, toasted

Directions:
Directions:
Line an 8" square pan with foil and spray with cooking spray.

Mix sugar and milk in a 3-quart pan over medium heat. Add butter, stirring constantly, and bring to a boil. Without stirring, boil for 5 minutes. (I confess, I do stir it just a few times).

Over low heat, add chocolate4 and almond extract. Stir, then whisk until chocolate melts and mixture is smooth. Remove from heat, add cherries and nuts. Pour into a greased pan, refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Turn out and cut into 1" squares.
