1 Pound ground beef (chuck or round) 1 Teaspoon Oregano 1 14-1/2 oz can of Beef Broth 1 Teaspoon Salt 1 14-1/2 oz can Stewed Tomatoes 2 Dash of Pepper 1 6 oz can Tomato Paste 2 Garlic Cloves
Brown ground beef and drain excess oil. Add beef broth, stewed tomatoes, and tomato paste. Stir until well combined. Add Oregano, Salt, Pepper and Garlic. Cover and simmer 10-15 minutes, the last 5 minutes uncover and the sauce will thicken. Serve with pasta and parmesan.
