1 Pound ground beef (chuck or round) 1 Teaspoon Oregano
1 14-1/2 oz can of Beef Broth 1 Teaspoon Salt
1 14-1/2 oz can Stewed Tomatoes 2 Dash of Pepper
1 6 oz can Tomato Paste 2 Garlic Cloves

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and drain excess oil. Add beef broth, stewed tomatoes, and tomato paste. Stir until well combined. Add Oregano, Salt, Pepper and Garlic. Cover and simmer 10-15 minutes, the last 5 minutes uncover and the sauce will thicken. Serve with pasta and parmesan.
