Cook giblets from turkey (neck, gizzard, heart, and liver) in water in slow cookeruntil neck falls apart (throw out liver). Boil two eggs and peel then set aside. Take out giblets to cool then chop up and set aside. Pour juice from giblets in large pan on med to high heat. Add water to consistency you want then add chicken bouillon preferably powdered until it has a good chicken flavor. Mix cornstarch with water and add to mixture to thicken. Then add in your chopped giblets and your chopped boiled eggs. Add a little yellow food coloring to lighten up. Keep warm in a slow cooker.

If your turkey is done by the time you make this you can add some of the pan juices to this gravy.
