1 cup flour
¼ cup sugar
¼ cup honey
4 teaspoons baking powder
¾ teaspoon salt
1 cup yellow corn meal
2 large eggs
¾ cup milk
¼ cup melted butter
¼ cup chilis
½ cup corn kernels

Directions:
Directions:
Mix milk with corn meal; set aside for 5 minutes. Blend together all ingredients except chilis and corn. Fold in chilis and corn. Pour into greased 9’x9’ pan, bake at 425º for 20-25 minutes.
