3 large sweet potatoes(Boiled until fork tender and mashed)
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 stick real butter melted

Topping
1 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup flour
1 cup chopped pecan
1/3 cup butter (room temp)

Directions:
Mix all potato ingredients together and put into buttered casserole dish (9x12)

Mix sugar, flour, and butter until crumbly then add in nuts and crumble over sweet potato mixture and bake.
