1 pound Ground Beef
1 cup Corn (frozen)
4 ounces Mushrooms (sliced, drained)
onion, chopped
garlic, minced
Italian Seasoning
Beef Bouillon
Liquid Aminos
Salt and Pepper, to taste
3 cups Potatoes (mashed)
3 tablespoons Butter

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º.
2. In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium-high heat until no longer pink.
3. Add in onion and garlic half way through cooking meat.
4. Stir in vegetables and seasonings. Heat through. Remove meat mixture from pan, leaving the drippings.
5. Add another couple tablespoons of butter into drippings and pour flour into the liquid in pan. Make a roux. Add in water and stir, making a gravy. Add in beef bouillon and Liquid Aminos. Continue to stir until desired gravy consistency.
6. Put mashed potatoes into a 9x13 baking dish and dot with butter. Pour meat mixture on top of potatoes. Pour gravy on top slowly poking it into the potato mixture.
7. Bake for 30 minutes or until potatoes are golden and meat mixture is hot and bubbly
