1 yellow cake mix prepared according to directions, not baked
4 cups diced rhubarb
1 cup granulated sugar
1 8 oz carton heavy cream

Directions:
Directions:
Grease and flour a 9 X 13 pan. Pour in the prepared cake mix. Spread the rhubarb over the cake evenly. Sprinkle the sugar over the rhubarb. Drizzle the cream over the sugar.

Bake a 350º for 45-50 minutes. Top with Cool Whip or whipped cream.
