2 T gelatin
¼ cup water
1 can tomato soup
3 small packages of cream cheese
2 cups shrimp (cooked and cut with scissors)
¾ cup chopped celery
¾ cup chopped onion (or less to taste)
1 cup Hellman’s mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve gelatin in water. Bring tomato soup to a boil in saucepan. Add dissolved gelatin and cream cheese. Beat with beater until smooth. Let cool.
Add shrimp, celery, onion and mayonnaise to cooled soup mixture.
Pour in mold and chill for 8-12 hours before serving. Serve with Ritz crackers.
