Cake:
1 pkg yellow pudding cake mix
1 small pkg instant vanilla pudding
4 eggs
1 c water
c oil

Topping:
1 c coconut (packed)
4 T cream
10 T brown sugar
6 T butter (melted)

Directions:

Cake:
Mix all ingredients together for 2 minutes and pour in greased jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 for 15 - 20 min.

Combine topping ingredients and pour on hot cake. Spread gently. Broil for few seconds as far from flame as possible until lightly toasted.
