Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1⅓ cups Irish Whiskey or Brandy
2 cups whipping cream
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 tsp instant coffee
1 tsp vanilla
½ tsp vanilla extract
2 Tbsp chocolate syrup
4 eggs (we either use pasteurized or egg substitute since they don't get cooked)

Directions:
Directions:
Whip the whipping cream in a blender. Toss all the other ingredients into the blender and mix until the Irish Cream is a uniform light brown in color.

Bottle and store in the refrigerator. Supposedly it keeps for a month, but it does have raw eggs in it, and it never seems to last that long, anyway.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
We experimented for a few years and felt like brandy made a smoother drink. You may also have to experiment with your blender and the consistency of the whipped cream--I had better luck making it along when I just combined all of the ingredients in the blender and let it rip--when I whipped the cream first, it got all frothy on top and didn't pour out as nicely.

Elaine and Terry used to live in a neighborhood in Eau Claire where they had a holiday party each year. In the neighborhood, it's known simply as "The Recipe"!
