1/3 c. nonfat plain yogurt
1/3 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbl. fresh lime juice
1 tsp. grated lime zest
2 tsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 c. thinly sliced celery
1/2 c. raisins
3/4 c. halved seedless grapes
1 apple, cored and diced
1/2 c. walnuts, toasted
5 ounces Baby spinach

Directions:
Directions:
Place yogurt, mayo, lime juice and zest, curry powder and sugar in a small bowl, and whisky to combine.

Place the celery, raisins, grapes apple and nuts in a large bow. Add half of the dressing and stir to combine. Add the spinach and toss with remaining dressing.
