2 boxes Jiffy cornbread mix
1/2 sleeve saltines
7 slices bread
3 eggs
5 stalks of celery
One onion
1 stick and 3 tbl butter
2 tsp sage
1/5 tbl poultry season
4 cups chicken broth
1/2 bell pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
In a large bowl, combine crumbled cornbread, dried white bread slices, torn up, and crushed up saltines. Set aside.
Melt the butter in a large skillet. Add the celery, and onion and cook.
Pour the butter/celery and onion mixture over the cornbread mixture.
Add the chicken broth.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Add the sage and poultry seasoning.
Beat the eggs and add them and mix well.
Pour mixture into a greased pan and bake about 45-60 minutes.
