1/2 cup mayo (avocado one is recommended)
1/2 cup light live oil (not extra virgin)
1/2 cup canned unsweetened coconut milk (not light or low fat)
3/4 tbsp dried parelsy
3/4 tbsp dried dill weed
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

All ingredients to the blender and blend. You could also combine ingredients in a large bowl and stir until thoroughly mixed and smooth. Either way, your're done.
