3 Ears of Corn
1 1/2 C. Masa
3/4 C. Sugar
1/3 C. Butter, softened
3 T. Cream
1/8 t. + 1/16 Salt
1/8 t. + 1/16 Baking Powder

20 small Ojas

Directions:
Soak the Ojas in warm water for about half an hour. In the meantime, Shuck the corn. Use the leaves to make about 18 ties. In a large bowl, remove the corn from the cob and milk the cob. Use an immersion blender to reduce the kernels to desired consistency. Add in the masa. Mix.
Beat by hand the butter, cream, salt and baking powder. Mix into the masa. Add the sugar which will thin the mixture. Mix well.
Spread about 1 T. of the masa onto ojas. Fold and tie.
Steam for an hour and a half.
