1 9-inch uncooked pie crust
1 cup sugar
3 large eggs
1/2 cup light corn syrup
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1¾ cups chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF
Whisk first 5 ingredients in medium bowl to blend. Mix in 3/4 cup pecans. Pour into crust. Sprinkle with 1 cup pecans. Bake pie util set, about 1 hour 15 minutes.

I cover crust rim with foil and remove foil to brown last 15 minutes.
