Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 pound Ground Chuck
1 pound Ground Pork
1 Egg
¼ cup Italian Style Bread Crumbs
½ Onion (grated on a cheese grater)
2 large cloves Garlic (minced)
1 tablespoon Ketchup
1 teaspoon Dried Oregano (chopped)
2 tablespoons Parsley (flat leaf, chopped)
1 tablespoon Good Marinara Sauce (whatever marinara you will use to finish cooking them in)
⅓ cup Parmesan Cheese (grated, as much as you like)
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
add Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a large mixing bowl add grated onion, garlic, egg, parmesan cheese, 1tablespoon Mariana sauce, ketchup, breadcrumbs, oregano, parsley and some salt and pepper and mix well to combine.
2. Next add in the beef and pork and combine but do not over mix.
3. Next roll mixture into balls and sauté with olive oil over medium meat until browned on all sides.
4. Next, add them to homemade or a good healthy marinara sauce and finish cooking them in the sauce but you can just finish cooking them on the stove top if needed ( the longer they simmer in the sauce the better so I leave them on a few hours :)

These are also good on flatbreads, pizzas and sandwiches!
