4 whole boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can (15 oz.) chili
1 can (4 oz.) chili salsa or taco sauce
1/2 cup milk
1 small onion, finely chopped
12 corn tortillas
1/2 lb sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 lb jack cheese, shredded

Wrap chicken breasts individually in foil. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350º for 1 hour. Cool chicken and cut into 1 inch pieces. In large bowl, mix together soups, chili, salsa, milk and onion. Tear corn tortillas into small pieces. Use a big casserole (2 1/2 qt.). Put a layer of chicken pieces on the bottom, then half the torn tortillas, then salsa and finally 1/2 the cheese. Repeat layers. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
