Cake:
1 box yellow cake mix
1 (11-oz.) can mandarin oranges (not drained)
4 eggs
½ c. vegetable oil

Frosting:
1 (20-oz.) can crushed pineapple (not drained)
1 (8-oz.) carton Cool Whip
1 small box vanilla instant pudding

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 4 cake ingredients until fluffy. Grease and flour 3 (9-inch) cake pans. Bake at 350º for 25-30 minutes. Cool.

For frosting, mix pineapple, Cool Whip and pudding together. Spread between layers and frost entire cake.
