1 cup corn starch
¾ cup all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon salt
½ cup room temperature butter
1/3 cup sugar
2 egg yolks
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1X13.4 ounce dulce de leche

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Whip till light in color and fluffy.
Add egg yolks and vanilla. Gradually add the corn starch, flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda, until just incorporatedwrap in plastic wrap and place in frig for at least 1 hour. Roll dough to ¼ inch thickness. Cut out 20-24 rounds using a 2 inch round cookie cutter, place on parchment lined cookie sheet. Preheat 350º for 12-13 minutes.
To make dulce de leche, put in pressure cooker with enough water to cover the can. Place on high 40 minutes leaving in the pot do not remove until the cooker has cooled off.
