2 cups pecans
2 cups almonds
2 cups walnuts
1/4 cups maple syrup
2 Tbl. best quality olive oil
2 Tbl. chopped herbs (rosemary, sage, thyme)
1/4 Tbl. cayenne pepper
salt and fresh pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350F (180C).

2. In a bowl, toss the nuts with the maple syrup, olive oil, herbs and cayenne.

3. Spread the nuts on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, till browned.

4. Season the nuts with salt and pepper. Stir periodically till cooled.
